To seamlessly coach clients through successful Residential New Construction and Residential Resale real estate transactions by providing current industry knowledge, marketing expertise, exceptional customer focused services and adhering to the Realtor’s, ABR and ASR Codes of Ethics.

About Margot:

Margot exudes passion for Real Estate and helping others. Selected (unsolicited) by her clients and peers as a Five Star Realtor for her Service and their Satisfaction for NINE consecutive years Margot brings unique skill sets to the Real Estate Arena.

As a full time Realtor for the past 17 years, she has used her extensive and effective coaching/teaching and professional marketing background to help Buyers and Sellers whether First Time Home Buyers, Move Up Buyers or well seasoned Sellers. Margot’s mantra was verbalized by a former client and became the basis for her tagline; she is  always “Doing MORE” for her clients to help create their Real Estate Success Story. 

Margot believes in continuing to learn and gain professional knowledge. She has earned the  ASR, ABR  and CDPE Real Estate Designations as well as taking  many additional classes including Social Media seminars enabling her to stay relevant in an ever changing marketplace.

As a strong communicator, Margot knows both sides of the selling/buying equation to help her clients build effective  strategies. She enjoys an excellent professional reputation with other Realtors because she is always looking for the win/win solution.

 She is a strong team-player and net-worker having served on the Board of Advisers,  King of Prussia Chapter of Pink Polka Dot Powerhouse and has served as both Vice President and President of the Royersford chapter of BNI (Business Network International). Additionally, she has helped her community by serving on the Collegeville Farmers Market Committee, Collegeville Economic Development Committee and currently the Collegeville Crossing Landscaping Committee.

Originally for Long Island, NY she and her family have lived and worked in Chester and Montgomery Counties for over 35 years and she has serviced clients from Oley (just over Berks County Line) to Oreland (just outside of Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia). 

On a personal note, she supports force free training for all animals, is an advocate for pet adoption and supports animals in distress.
